Project Summary

Web Support Portal is a complaint management system for the website of National IT Board. It deals with all of NITB's website-related complaints. The applicant submits the complaint through an online form present on the portal. The system generates a ticket to the applicant and sends the complaint further for its resolution. After the resolution, the applicant is notified via email.
