Project Summary
Automation of Performance Agreement Certification is an innovative system that ensures smoothness and transparency in the process of evaluating ministers' performance. The process involves analysis of all the deliverables and KPIs necessary for the performance evaluation of a minister. This portal has digitalized the whole evaluation process which was once manual. An integrated view of all the initiatives, in form of a ‘Review Sheet for Quarterly Evaluation’ on the dashboard, gives ministries insight into their on-going key projects and their related set targets. In this way, the portal also helps in self-evaluation whether the targets are being achieved on time or not.
By using this portal, ministries draft agreements by adding initiatives in the system, set targets for each quarter and send all initiatives to the Technical Assistance Committee (TAC) and Peer Review Committee (PRC) for review. TAC and PRC review the initiatives and send them back to the ministries within 14 days after the receiving date. After incorporating changes suggested by TAC and then PRC, the ministries send the agreements of initiatives to the Prime Minister for signature. Once the agreement is finalized and signed, the ministry updates the status of the targets in each quarter and gets them reviewed by PRC at the start of every quarter.
